Wait time: Visited this doc with an appointment at 10:00 AM, kept getting bumped off by other people who arrived late. Ended up seeing the doctor approximately 1:15pm ( more than 3 hrs) . This is Not acceptable. Be a ware the office staff threatens to charge you for a visit if you leave , or cancel the visit. So if you value your time avoid this Doctor. Staff Knowledge: Was lacking. The nurse who took my vitals did and okay job. On your first visit the doc office draws blood, I've been to Walgreens pharmacies that have done much better with the needle. I asked the staff multiple times or accessing my blood report via the quest portal and the best they could do was to print out and send me a copy via mail. They didn't have the knowledge to give access electronically. The main Nurse did not know what an NMR cholesterol test was even though they had signs of NMR all over their offices. Maybe they should educate them selves before opening up shop. The Doctor: In my view the doctor seemed reluctant to give any comprehensive blood tests. He didn't seem interested in preventative medicine. He also didn't seem as knowledgable or up to date on updates to medical practices as i would have hoped. Overall: I felt i had to babysit the staff in order for them to do the bare minimum. I was contacted by the office 3 weeks after my blood test, and received the report on the 4th week. I had called the offices, and spoke to the front desk after the first week, and they were just about to read out all the numbers from my blood test. So if they had the blood test after the first week . WHAT TOOK THEM 3 WEEKS to get back to me? I definitely don't have the time to babysit this Practice. So I'm never coming back here again. They dont care, they just want to make a quick buck at your expense.
I have been going to Complete Primary Care (Dr. Rozehzadeh) for about nine months. I DO NOT recommend them. They have signs stating they will charge you if you are late for an appointment, yet, when you show up on time, you still wait almost 1 - 1.5 hours for the doctor to see you. Dr. R. has NO RESPECT for *your* time. Dr. R. has no "bedside manner." He comes off rude and cold. I could get past this if I didn't have to wait so long to see him. His staff is friendly, but they seem overworked. They "lost" my most recent appointment and told me that it would be a "wait" (goodness how long it would be in this situation). About 15-20 minutes after I got home and apologized to my boss for the scheduling confusion (had to explain why I was back so soon), Dr. R. called to apologize. While he did tell me he would take me today, he DID NOT state that he would take me right away. This was the straw that broke the camel's back, and I decided to find a new primary care doctor. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU FIND A DIFFERENT DOCTOR!
Doc & his staff are very nice. Dr is knowledgeable and very patient. He listens to all your concerns and questions. They call & send alerts for when your appointment is. They are caring & understanding.
