The home health sides are very nice, but the scheduling staff can use improvement, they are very disorganized. They tell us a certain aide will be coming at a certain time and someone else shows up at a completely different time. We also keep asking for the same aide every weekend and keep getting different ones. This makes it very hard on us and our elderly parent with dementia. Also they cannot provide a home health aide on Sundays for us
