It’s been over five years that I brought a Japanese tree from this company he charged me $350 plus the price to plant I waited for the tree to grow because I am from the city and know nothing about plants and trees after the next year it didn’t grow I spoke to Mr Hengley he said he will stop pass and take a look he said the tree was dead and he would plant another one never happened called him several times he was rude and mean I had to pay someone else to dig up the dead tree and was told the tree was planted dead I will never use this service again

Called Ed Hengy second week of March to have my mulch removed from all of my beds, front and back, and replaced with fresh mulch. Texted me the next day with an estimate, I said , awesome, can you pencil me in for middle of April, he said yes. Mind you my husband had back and neck surgery and couldn’t do the mulching. So the middle of April comes and I hear nothing from Hengy. So I reached out thru email to see when the mulching could be done. I received an email back stating that he couldn’t do the job, too much work. Now I planned for this a month in advance and he just didn’t care! Just blew me off!
