We have a maltipoo from an abusive situation that needed grooming. He is terrified of basically everything. We struggled to find a groomer that would help, our vet (at the time) was non responsive and we called Happy Pets in desperate need of help. They booked him the very next day and were to most incredible group of people. I knew from the minute I brought him in that they knew what they were doing, they knew to hold him gently to relax him, they just understood his energy. When we went back to pick him up (he needed to be sedated for the shaving), the whole office was in the back with him, some were sitting on the ground with him just making sure he was ok. These doctors and staff are very caring and professional. The hardest thing my family and I had to do was put our dog down. Mollys kidneys were failing bad and she was suffering which gave us no choice since we couldn’t let our loved one suffer. They gave us all the time we needed to hug hold kiss and say our goodbyes to our angel. They were also very sad and understanding. With the X-rays bloodwork medication exams and other stuff I say they are very reasonable with their prices. When we are ready and rescue another dog we will definitely go here. I recommend this location to everyone. Thank you for your support. We will always Miss you Molly ?
