The whole team seemed highly knowledgeable about trees, home owners insurance, etc. About a week later, Manuel and his crew came out and did a great job. He made sure everything was done to my satisfaction before they left (and they made a quick adjustment to one tree for me). Provided quick, efficient work in a very fast timeframe, and they cleaned up very well afterwards. I appreciated the ability to pay by check/bank or credit card on their website, but be warned the credit card fees are a bit high (I chose to pay via e-check).
