Melissa was able to offer me her professional opinion in a positive way, and she was able to add dimension to my hair without making the highlights feel too light or obvious. I feel like I have a plan for how to transition away from my dark winter color without too much damage or maintenance. I also love how clean, modern, and comfortable Opalescence Salon feels. Great overall experience and I'm excited to go back.“
