He honored my business with a perpetual discount to keep my business! So cool! He also honors the shop Hillsborough card, a tax benefit for Hillsborough residents where I receive a % of spend back annually. Finally, when I moved out of the area, he volunteered to pick up my order and drop it off on his own commute. Once I lost a shirt with the service (this is the first and only garment I've lost in my many years of service with them) and Pat continued to look for it for weeks and I was shocked that he actually found it! 4* because I wish the hours were earlier. I went to drop something off at 7:55am yesterday and the shop was closed. Thought they opened at 7:30am.
