I wonder why there’s so much negative reviews about this therapy institute!!! This place is a complete bae to me. And my therapist Stephanie is an Angel to me. She takes care of my back with proper kindness, patience, and perfection. I also take therapy from other physiotherapists from here, and they were superb too! I found the receptionists pretty good also. May be the previous ones that the people are talking about are changed now. I recommend this physio institute highly.

This is my first experience with Physical Therapy and choose St. Peter's because my wife works for the hospital and a coworker referred them. For about two months that I've been going the staff from people as soon as you walk in to assistants to the two therapists that have been helping me are totally awesome. You get out of it what you put into it. Thank you everyone

I agree completely with the other two reviews. The physical therapist I had was truly superb: knowledgeable, highly skilled, friendly, considerate, and kind. The front office staff were the absolute worst I have ever encountered in any medical office anywhere. It was not just bad customer service, it was atrocious, truly horrendous. Most firms would immediately fire such terrible receptionist, and after all, they are the first interaction the patient has with the PT practice. They give the entire place a bad reputation even though the physical therapists themselves are excellent.
