“I recently worked with Home Genius Exterior for some siding installation and wanted to share my thoughts. Overall, the process went pretty smoothly, but there were definitely a few bumps along the way, especially regarding the difference between what the salesperson promised and what was outlined in the contract. Thankfully, we managed to discuss these issues and come to a compromise that worked for both sides.

Our project manager, Taylor, didn't seem to handle the situation very well. When I expressed my concerns about the discrepancies, he dismissed them by saying he wasn't worried about what the salesperson promised since it wasn't in the contract. He spent more time explaining his role than addressing my worries, which was a little frustrating. It seemed like he lacked customer service experience, but Kyle, the quality control manager, stepped in and helped find a resolution, which I appreciated.

However, what really left a negative impression was the end of the project. When Taylor came by to review the final work, he asked for a 5-star review. I felt that given the earlier issues, a 4-star review was more fitting, so I mentioned that. Taylor then turned it around by emphasizing how he had facilitated my connection with Kyle and he was the one to thank for the solution, suggested that I shouldn't leave a review because it would reflect poorly on him and his colleagues. This left a sour taste in my mouth. Overall, I rate my experience with Home Genius Exterior at 3 stars.“

“I had lot damages in my home's roof, I tried a few roofing companies in Matawan, NJ even I called a few companies from East Bruswick \u0026 Edison, but the roof issue remains same. When this winter started, I decided to replacement of roof, but somehow I mate a roofing company those who didn't replaced the new roof with proper bondings. I blaimed \u0026 argued lot with them but somehow they didn't finished the job well, even around 8 weeks, one of my office collouge ask me to call the Premier TPO Roofing, well I had lot choices but I called this company. One of their team member came at my place and did the proper inspection of roof, well none of previous roofing companies did the inspection, even I have been introduced by these roofers. Well, as I know the bonding has issues, and the team member also said same, when I ask them for charges, I was surpize, they charge me none for inspection and for new bonding, a reasonable price has been provided by the team member. They came again on the next day and finished the job within 2hrs. Its now 3 months and I found none issues related to my home's roof. I highly recommend Premier TPO Roofing company to everyone, I also found they cover the all areas of Central New Jersey. Thanks Premier TPO Roofing.“
