On Sunday, I heard birds in my attic. On Monday, I called over 8 companies I found online, most note emergency service available, prompt service, etc. Note, I left numerous voicemails as no one was answering the phones. I filled out online forms and even attempted live chats. I heard back from 4 companies on Monday. Three of them have fancy websites, 24/7 service available, but NO one was available until after Thursday. The ONLY company to represent what they claim on their website was LAHARA. The person on the phone said I understand your concerns. I can come as early as 7AM on Tuesday. He arrived on time and removed the birds safely and promptly. I even heard him comforting one of the birds I wont hurt you its okay. He inspected the attic and identified possible points of entry. He also claimed with the heat the birds could of died then you would of have to deal with the aftermath (smell, etc). Thank you for GREAT SERVICE, PROMPT RESPONSE and reasonable price. My family and attic thank you.
