Plinton Curry had responded quickly and was able to take his body to their funeral home. They helped my family and I by taking special care of my dad until the service. They did an excellent job arranging the funeral service, prepared his body perfectly in the casket that he looked so natural you would think my loved one was alive and sleeping peacefully.<br><br>I am grateful for all that the staff have done for us. “Judkins' Colonial Home gave me and my family peace of mind during a very difficult time. Les Judkins, Chris, Samari and the entire staff was so very comforting and I honestly don't know how we would have made it through without them. When you lose someone the funeral home becomes your extended family because you entrust the care of your loved ones to them. I live out-of-state so I had to call back and forth regularly for updates and to provide pertinent information....at no time did I ever feel like Judkins Colonial was not there for us. “My mother passed suddenly last week. My brother and I contacted Goldstein's who picked up the body that day and we made an appointment with Martin for the arrangements. We didn't know what to expect or what we would have to do but the meeting and process could not have been easier and smoother. He knew everything that had to be done and took care of almost everything from his end. He also explained all the fees and gave us options for most of the services. But most importantly did not try to upsell or hard sell anything. Martin works extensively with the cemetery where she is buried and even contacted them during our meeting to make sure our preferred time for the service was available. There is so much to worry about under these circumstances but this turned out not to be one of them.“
