I am so glad my daughter found this eye doctor for me. She took her time with me. Explain every little detail that is happening with my eyes. The staff is so nice very clean and happy atmosphere. Everyone knows their job. It makes a big difference.

I was in need of a new physician for my eye care and was not disappointed with the team at FFE! From the moment I walked in to spending time making certain I was looking my best in new glasses, the staff was helpful and warm. The doctors knowledgeable and patient. And the advancement in technology was beyond my expectations. Cannot wait to pickup my new glasses! Thank all for going over and above!

I had been hesitant to see another eye doctor for years after a previous frustrating experience. However, I was referred to Dr. Josephine Ngong-Tawe by a coworker and going to Franklin Family Eye Care was the best decision I ever made. Dr. Ngong-Tawe made life so much easier for me. She was incredibly patient, listened to all my daily concerns, and took the time to explain the necessity of each test she performed. She provided me with a prescription that has greatly improved my quality of life. I felt truly understood and cared for.
