What a positive experience! I had back surgery one week ago today and people suggested that you must go to Phila. for that type of surgery. That is such short sighted thinking as Shore Medical Center is state of the art with so many great doctors and staff members.
My primary physician strongly suggested Dr. Dellasota for the surgery and he had two locations to choose from. I did NOT want to be in AC and am SO happy I chose Shore Medical Center. It was a wonderful experience EVERY step of the way from a pleasant check in, caring nurses preparing for anesthesia and surgery, and care that was second to none.

I went in to have same day surgery with Dr. Tayoun. From start to finish everyone on staff was friendly and caring. I felt like the most important person there. I was impressed with their anti bacterial regimen and the cleanliness of the entire hospital . I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone
Discharged from a nearby birth center in labor because not enough dilation, baby was born 2 hours later in shore medical centers emergency room. staff was quick to respond, supportive, and extremely compassionate and helpful! so happy to have our baby under the care of this amazing team. thank you shore!
