I would personally refer Joe to anyone that I know who was in need of a home inspection. Joe was extremely thorough with his inspection of the property and very professional. Rock Solid Home Inspection - really rocks!!! Money well spent for my home inspection. Lots of things (concerning issues) I did not see when I did my ocular inspection. I am so glad I hired Rock Solid. Joe is very detailed in his reporting which includes pictures and recommendations on what to do on concerning issues. Awesome communication also with staff (shoutout to Jannette). Joe is also very helpful and answered all my questions promptly. Again - Thank you Rock Solid. Very highly recommended for home inspection needs.
