They take concerns seriously, educate patients on dental care, and provide thorough cleanings. The facility is beautiful, and the team goes out of their way to help, showing kindness and professionalism. Patients appreciate the friendly and skilled staff, and many have been visiting for almost two decades. Even those who dislike dental visits often leave with a smile, thanks to the caring atmosphere and excellent care provided by Dr. Michael and the team.
I’ve had horrible experiences at dentists in the past, and Anita the hygienist put my worries at ease. She made every part of the appointment positive, and Dr Michel was amazing, kind, and thorough as well.
This is the only dentist in my area that accepts my insurance; which obviously upset me — AT FIRST. Now that I’ve gone, even if I was offered 100 dentists, I’d still choose Dr Michel and Angel! They are warm, kind, knowledgeable, and they don’t completely deflate your self esteem like I’ve found most dentists and hygienists do. Instead of telling you you’re doing something wrong or not enough, they EDUCATE you on how to do it more efficiently. I felt like family here, which I don’t think people say very often about their dentist office. Dr. Michel and Angel — you have 4 patients FOR LIFE with my family. Thank you for being the best! While on vacation in Ocean City last week, I had part of a filling break off while eating lunch on the beach. After calling multiple dental groups in both Ocean City and the surrounding areas. Dr. Michel, and his team at By The Sea Dentistry, were the only folks willing to see me on short notice late in the afternoon. They take all necessary precautions in this time of Covid-19 to protect both their patents and themselves. Dr. Michel came in and made me feel at ease with a combination of conversation and keeping me updated on what he was doing since he found my filling was completely coming loose. He replaced the filling and fitted my lower partial. Dr. Michel mentioned due to the numbing of the anesthesia, a return visit might be needed to properly fit my partial once the feeling returned. He was correct and I returned the next day and he made the necessary adjustments. My thanks to Dr. Michel and his team at By The Sea Dentistry for taking care of me and allowing me to enjoy the remainder of my vacation with my family without having to cut it short to return to PA to see my regular dentist. Highly recommended this group for folks in the Ocean City and Somers Point areas.
