“I was introduced to Fitboro through a friend. At first, I thought it was going to be for only a few classes as I prefer exercising by myself. But Fitboro and Alisha changed that. Alisha is a fantastic coach. To start with she is super fit herself and is a role model. She designs her program keeping in mind the current state of her trainees and gently nudges and pushes them to achieve more. Alisha is also extremely knowledgeable and can help correct problems with technique and structures her program to not only improve overall fitness and strength but also to address any weaknesses.
