I’m very impressed with the customer service and the quality of work done by Luigi’s shoe repair. The friendly associate recommended to get the shoes stretched and they feel great and the soles that were replaced look like the shoes are brand new. In addition to the high-quality service that I paid for the associate provided a bonus high-quality shoehorn so I don’t damage the shoes. This is the type of quality service that builds a lifelong customer. Highly recommended for all of your Shoe repair needs.

Bought a leather briefcase during a visit to Florence several years ago, one of the brass attachments came off due to wear and needed to be reattached. I was not hopeful that it could be repaired as it was specialized work. Stopped by Luigi's on a visit to Princeton and discovered a native Italian craftsman who is incredibly skilled. He devised a way to fix the briefcase and did so within 15 minutes. Highly recommended!

I recently needed a minor adjustment to my favorite pair of shoes. The straps needed a couple of extra holes to achieve a perfect fit. I wasn't sure if this was something a shoe repair shop would even tackle, but I decided to give Luigi's a try.

Right from the start, I was impressed by the friendly service at Luigi's. The owner was kind and attentive, taking the time to listen to my request. He was happy to add the extra holes to my straps. The work was done quickly and professionally, and my shoes fit perfectly now!
