“Having suffered head trauma in childhood, dentist visits and other face/head related exams often trigger PTSD symptoms. Because such visits are usually awkward and uncomfortable, I try to avoid going to the eye doctor and dentist to the best of my ability. However, for the past 2 months, I've been experiencing severe pain on the left side of my face which led me to go to Dr. DeCicco for the first time for a dental exam. Her compassion, confidence, expertise, patience, professionalism, and gentle touch helped me feel relaxed and safe. She received my anxiety with the utmost respect and treated me with dignity and great care. She and her staff are very polite and warm and are genuinely invested in making their patience have a positive experience. They answered all my questions and explained everything to me step by step to help put me at ease. Their encouragement and moral support helped restore my courage. Also, they provided me headphones that played relaxing music, a pillow for my neck, and sunglasses for the glare from the examination lamp above. The next day, I received a follow up call from Dr. DeCicco herself to check on how I was feeling! I'm so thankful I found such a highly skilled and trustworthy dentist and only wish there were more doctors of her caliber around!“

“Really great practice! Very high tech modern dental office. I felt like I was at a spa. They have televisions on the ceiling so you can watch Netflix during the dental work. There's a lot of perks like warm towels, beverages, complimentary fluoride treatment, blankets, a neck pillow and more. The staff were very nice and informative. The facility is very clean. Dr. Sunny is indeed bright and kind. Had a really great experience here. If you don't have insurance they have a very affordable annual plan too.“

“About 8 years ago when I was 19 or 20 I wanted veneers on my front 4 teeth so I could have a nice smile. Long story short I went in there every 2 weeks for a full year and they just could not get it right. Dr.Rhodes I believe was her name must have forgotten what I came in for a year ago because she took matters into her own hands and trimmed the veneers down to nothing and I’ve been stuck with a pearly white two dimensional bridge a crossed the front of my mouth that has never looked natural. I told her before I decided to commit that I don’t want them to look fake and she reassured me they wouldn’t. I was waiting for this procedure to be done so I could move to the west coast and I didn’t hesitate to leave right after. Even longer story short been made fun of pretty hard for having fake looking teeth fell into a gnarly debilitating depression. I stopped caring I stopped trying. At least she put them in really well since they haven’t fallen out… No this is not my real account I don’t need everyone that used to know me on Facebook reading this. It’s embarrassing as hell.
