Unfortunately, I slipped and hurt myself, attempting to make my way to my appointment and had to call and cancel once I was able to. The person who answered the phone was completely unmoved, and said nothing after I had mentioned that I had slipped and unfortunately, couldn’t make it, implying that I had been hurt.Not really a customer service issue, but an utter lack of humanity or compassion in the call. Disappointing

Very unprofessional office staff. Nice kid but sweatpants and sweatshirt? He was actually MIA from front desk when I was done and another customer was waiting to check in. They looked closed.. Frances is a beautiful person and kind but not the massage I expected from someone who has a lifetime of experience. Im guessing Massage Envy is just a corporate place where corporate never comes down to check on how things are seen through the public eyes. You guys can do better.....but its the world we live in now. Mediocre is the norm now. Frances again was a beautiful person...very kind and friendly! I most likely will not be coming back.

I am usually not a big review person but this massage was so great I had to share. My massage therapist was Kevin and he did such a great job! I am pretty sure he got ever knot out of my back and shoulders lol! He was very nice and I really enjoyed my massage!! The staff at massage envy is very friendly and inviting as well! Thank you again!
