Was referred by friend to **** - and when called looking to make appt as heater issue old furnace- **** asked if I had heat presently and stated NO but his next avail appt be appreciated. He stated he was local on another job and would come over within next hour- 45 min later received text he was on way- Hour if that later- Heater running smoothly no major problems Very impressed with his time manner price and didn't leave speck of dirt behind!!
Contacted my home warranty last night regarding my AC not getting to temp. The next morning John contacted me and asked if I'll be home today. He came within an hour. John diagnosed the problem, cleaned my entire system at my request, and fixed the issue. He was extremely professional and really made sure the issue was fixed. I highly recommend John. On top of his incredible response and how flawless repair, he was such a nice guy and honest. I absolutely enjoyed his company and will 100% use his services in the future!
