Wish I could give zero stars. It's 10am on a Friday, I've called about 20 times and can't get anyone to pick up the phone to answer my simple question about physicals. Unreal. What are you people even being paid for?

It's seems that we are nothing but a number! They have gotten too big and don't care about patient care. I went to the office, without an appointment due to my face swelling due to an abscess tooth. I was told go to urgent care or emergency room to be evaluate. No one could care less that I'm standing there with my face swollen and in pain. That the dr couldn't even come out for two seconds or call in an antibiotic. And I was just seen there 3 months ago. So instead of it costing me a 40 copay.... It's cost me 340!!thanks alit Inspira

I've been to this location a couple of times the people are nice there the healthcare professionals are Very competent. The problem is the wait time so long it's just a matter of how much staff they have and when you go. Still better than the ER.
