Were punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and very respectful of my home/property. I first hired them for a minor issue several years ago, but after talking to Eugene Adams myself, I was quite impressed with his work ethic & procedures. I had my heater replaced and a couple yrs later my 20 yr old air conditioner. I also have their annual maintenance plan which saved me from headaches later on. A couple weeks ago our air conditioner stopped working during a heatwave. Eugene Adams H & AC, sent a technician out the very day that I called. Which was fantastic. We had been calling places all day, and no one would do same day except them. A week later the air conditioner stopped working again. We called again and they came back and made it right. Our technician, Justin, was wonderful. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly. Thanks!Service: Repair HVAC
