We just had D & N Pool Services out to install a cover on our new pool. Their work was exceptional and we are very happy with their level of professionalism and attention to detail. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a fair price!

I called approximately 10 pool companies from South Jersey to Pennsylvania when my pool filter was not working. The only person who called me back was Nadira. She had Dennis out to my home by early evening. Their response time was amazing and they had a new pool filter and pump, ordered and installed within a week. Their customer service and knowledge is top notch. One of the best companies I have ever worked with.

I found this company on another site Thumbtack when I was looking for a reliable, cost efficient company to maintain the pool in August 2018. I originally paid them &375 to complete a "green to clean" service which was completed, I then signed a weekly service contract and paid $444 (was to pay another $400 at the end of the service agreement) they stated that i had to pay another $75 dollars for additional chemicals (they said it was not included in the service agreement) which i did. they showed up 1 time, dropped one chemical and left. the pool turned green again, I contacted them on a daily basis and was told they would be out, THEY NEVER CAME!!!!! My pool remained untouched for over 3 weeks after. I was told by this company that they had issued my refund, they did not. They continued to state they issued a refund until last week where Thumbtack removed them as a vendor for bad business practices. I had to hire another company to come and close the pool, and pay AGAIN for chemicals etc. I have tried on several occasions to obtain my refund, they have still not issued it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS!!!! I now have to file with small claims court to try and obtain my refund. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!!
