My family has purchased Warby Parker prescription glasses for years. This was my first experience selecting and purchasing for myself. Krisda and the entire team were extremely helpful. Krisda is professional, patient, knowledgeable, listened to my requests and provided insightful feedback. She has great instinct for design and suggested frames I hadn’t thought of. She is also honest and trustworthy. She made the process easy, anxiety free and fun. Warby Parker has great frames at reasonable prices. I look forward to wearing my glasses!
Wow!!!? what a wonderful experience I just had today at the Warby Parker in “The Grove” at Shrewsbury NJ. Every person there was professional and caring . They made the whole process a joy!!!! I’m usually not this effusive but it was just that good!!!Dr. Melzer who did my eye exam was so warm and professional He explained everything really well and the young woman who helped me pick out my new frames was such a nice person! The whole team makes you feel seen.. no pun intended? . What a rarity in today’s world!!! I’m truly impressed?
I had such a great experience today at the Warby Parker store at The Grove at Shrewsbury. Justin helped me pick out frames. I screenshot photos from the website, and tried on each pair. We laughed as I ruled out each pair. He's wonderful, so personable and funny. We really did laugh the whole time. He deserves a raise!
