The store is very inviting. The staff don’t pounce on you when you enter. They keep their distance until you summon them. Nicole P helped us out. She helped us pick the best frames. She was knowledgeable with the styles and lenses add-ons. She talked about the return policy. Checkout was easy and clear. Very pleased with our shopping experience at this location. I will be buying more glasses here, if I need. I recommend this location over others.
Had an appointment for eyeglass and contact prescription. Found the customer service to be excellent and the doctor to be thorough. Switched here because I had a horrible experience elsewhere. Glad I made the switch! I have also bought glasses/sunglasses from them and have been really happy with them. Used to having to pay upwards of 400/500 due to a high level rx with insurance, I almost cried with joy when I heard the price for the glasses that was affordable and that I liked the style of.
Knowledgeable and professional service. Customer service, both phone and in-store was excellant!! This was my first experience with an eye exam for purchasing glasses at a chain store.
