Kenny Kelton, the sales representative, was outstanding—he coordinated directly with our insurance company and personally came out multiple times to meet the inspection team. Each time, Kenny was there to answer questions and make the process smooth and stress-free.

Once I decided to move forward with the replacement, everything happened very quickly. After signing the contract at their Livingston office, the team was at my house within just two days, and the entire roof was replaced efficiently and professionally.

They used top-quality materials including GAF Timberline HDZ Shingles, GAF Deck Armor Underlayment, GAF WeatherWatch Leak Barrier, and GAF Cobra Ridge Vents, all backed by the Golden Pledge Warranty. The workmanship and attention to detail were excellent.

The owner Junior visited the site and Walter was always there to answer all my questions. My roof was 3500+ Sq feet so it took one and half day to complete the work. they also installed new attic fan.

“It’s normal to feel anxious when a company or person new to you starts working to fix something on your property. I did which is why I am writing this review. I called a company called NextGen to fix two leaking skylights on my roof. A previous company has misinstallded them and they were leaking badly with each rainfall. The NextGen service representative , Ken Duci, came and was so open. So helpful, that I immediately trusted him. He and his workers took one day to remove the skylights which I had bought new but which had been damaged. Ken and NextGen did a fine and fastidious job and while I felt completely satisfied, they promised to come back immediately if I should have any problems. I doubt very much that I will have problems , although I regret than I won’t see them again until I need any other work done. “Out of the blue, a portion of our living room ceiling collapsed. Nobody was hurt. It was original to the 84 year old house, and the nails holding it to the joists just failed. Bob Hume came over soon after I called and we determined that several rooms, ultimately 5 (living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms) plus the ceiling above a stairway, needed to be replaced. He had a crew in the next day to demo the living room ceiling. This was a profoundly disruptive event, but Bob was very concerned that I was satisfied and kept in touch. The crew was really good at what they do. They cleaned up thoroughly. I would be happy to work with them again.“
