0 stars. Ruined a very expensive Ralph Lauren Polo Bear sweater. See photos of the many pulls resulting from their handling of the sweater. Refused to acknowledge any responsibility. Said they didn’t do anything to it but blamed the manufacturer. Offered to shave the pulls. Offered no compensation. Stay away if you have fine or delicate things. Rarely managed to remove stains on other items that I was able to easily remove at home.

I went in to ask prices for specific items, e.g. how much to clean a men's ¾ length wool pea coat, but they refused to give me a straight answer. Arbitrary prices depending on how they're feeling that day? I don't think so. Not sure how to rate them since I didn't get anything cleaned.

Decided to try a new cleaner. Went here with 15 pieces; my usual amount each week. The old place charged me about 45 bucks. I go here lady tells me it's going to be 45 bucks and hands me the slip. Not bad I think. Go back to pick up clothes, the person says oh it's 79 dollars. Why because oh we had 2 slips didn't you know, one for the shirts and pants and one for the sweaters! Why would there be two slips? 79 for 15 pieces is over 5 bucks a piece. What a rip off, and a bunch of thieves. Never again.
