Icebox is brilliant from top to bottom. The cryo experience is amazing. The box is always ready to go so you never have to wait and there are varying levels and lengths of time to challenge yourself. They provide a robe, gloves, hat, socks and best of all, cool headphones to listen to music that keeps you going while you are chilling :) The staff is beyond attentive and super professional. The compression therapy is relaxing and you even get warm tea while you have the Normatec boots on. Oh, the place is sparkling clean.
Absolutely incredible! Niya (I believe that is the spelling of her name) was super friendly, informative, patient, kind, and energized. I had my first cryotherapy session with leg compression. The machine dips down to -150° Fahrenheit. I was in there for 3 minutes listening to a song of my choice on Spotify (over the head headphones). After changing, I sat in the leg compression chair. The chair reclines and is cozy. As soon as I sat down, Niya offered me a complimentary tea or water. They have a beautiful variety of teas; I recommend the blackcurrant beauty tea (nice and fruity). The first session is free! I highly recommend this establishment!
