I've been a loyal Eyechic customer for approximately 8 years. The store has a huge variety of high end frames and conveniently is located in the Short Hills Mall. The store's team is great but I generally see Eraz when I go. He is always helpful and accommodating, especially when I request any customization. I'm impressed with their professionalism an willingness to meet my requests. Thank you!!
My glasses where broken from someone stepping on them and I went to into there and this very nice worker, Michelle was working there and she quickly went back and in less than 5 minutes my glasses were brand new and she gave me some advice on how to take care of them! Very sweet and helpful! They don’t even charge a thing! ??????
This afternoon, I called Eyechic for help with my broken frame. Not only were they responsive, they fixed my frame within minutes. They would not take a single penny for their excellent service. My sincere thanks to the outstanding team at Eyechic. I wish them continued success. - Ravi
