Other repair shops told me they couldn’t come out for over a week, were rude and/or condescending or that they wouldn’t be able to fix this particular issue. Kevin came out the same day that I called. Very friendly, quickly fixed the issue of the slide out, not retracting and showed me how to do it myself next time.

Kevin from Confidence RV not only took his time out before inspecting our new travel trailer to answer any of our questions, he was very helpful with tips as well following. On top of that he was able to identify some issues from major to mostly minor. The software he uses within his inspection report was also useful and made it easy for me to select the specific things I wanted my RV dealership to address before delivery. I would highly recommend Kevin again!

We had a used travel trailer that we wanted to inspect before purchasing and we found Kevin on line on a rv inspectors website. When we contacted him he gave us a resonable price and was very accomodating with the dates we wanted to do the inspection, asked to do it on a saturday so that I may be there and he had no issues accomodating it. He arrived at the RV at the exact time he told me and got straight to work after introductions.
