Dr. Mabanta is a great Dr., it’s his staff that make it bad for him. They never answer the phone and when they do and a message is left for certain people they don’t get back to you. They say they will get things done that are supposed to such as prior authorizations but don’t put them in or start them until a month later when a patient questions it. The answer I’ve gotten has been they are short staffed and have to bare with them. There is no way that even with a short staffed office does it take over a month or more for things as pa’s to get done or returning phone calls. This poor Dr. will start to loose his patients due to this.

I had fallen and dislocated a finger on my left hand. Ended up at the E.R. at Virtua Marlton. The service there was great. All of the personnel were friendly and I was treated rather quickly and out the door in which was only about an hour or so. Then the recovery starts. Went to Virtua Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation in Sewell. There I was treated by OT specialist Joshua. He was GREAT! He made the therapy sessions worthwhile. He worked with me for several weeks and got my finger to straighten out to almost perfect. Even though the therapy sessions have stopped I continue to work on my finger at home. I would highly recommend Virtua Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation in Sewell.
