I used this shop to get my favorite shorts zipper repaired. I went in on sat 7/23 and they said it would be ready by Thursday 7/28. I went in on Friday the 29th and said that they still were not done come back by 5:00 which I did and they were still not done. Extremely upset I wanted them so I could wash them and pack them for vacation the next day. Shorts (I get it what's the big deal) but to me they were, as a cancer survivor and a mother of 2, these shorts were my favorite fitting shorts the one thing that made me feel good. As upset as I was (on the inside) the im assuming owner made sure he personally delivered them to me at my house 3 hrs after they closed... read full review
