This is a family-run business which specializes in egress doors and windows. We had a RockWell egress window installed. The window was installed in a day, and Austen came back a few times afterwards to complete the trim. The whole experience was amazing, and the craftsmanship is excellent. Communication was also top notch. If you need an egress solution, THIS is the company to call.

Spectacular. We had issues with water coming into the basement through the window and after unsuccessfully trying a number of approaches, turned to Swain. They did an incredible job and delivered exactly as promised for a very reasonable price. While excavating, they must have unknowingly bumped a sprinkler line (wasn’t on so no way to know) which we realized months later when we turned the sprinklers back on for the summer. We reached out and received a response almost immediately that they’d be by the next day to fix. Just don’t see service like this anymore and highly recommend Swain. From start to finish, a wonderful experience!

Swain Contracting installed a new Bilco Door for us on November 30, 2023. They did an amazing job, from removing the old, rusted door, to installing the new door, complete with new masonry all around the perimeter. They were professional, efficient, neat, and did beautiful work! When the door was completely installed, Austen even took the time to polish the exterior!!! All in all, these folks are a pleasure to deal with, and are absolute perfectionists in their field! I would recommend them to anyone!
