Received an unwanted call from this company about "estimating any home improvements I might have in mind". I hate this. This will be the last company I would go for.

Management companies, especially for stores and facilities are a dime a dozen. There are many fish in the sea. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. There is maybe one honest person at this outfit and that is Geoff. After that you get plagues with unprofessional representatives who are only looking to save a buck and don't care about screwing vendors and just don't care. Just go elsewhere.
