I went to Urgent care because I was not feeling well and had symptoms of a cold, sinus infection etc. I asked to be given a Covid test as well. The test was negative but I was not given any prescription medications. After I asked about medication choices, I was told to possibly switch my allergy medicine to something with a decongestant and/or buy a nasal spray. After a few days my symptoms were not getting better. I called the same facility to get advice on what over-the-counter medication would be best advised. I was at Inspira Urgent Care in Sewell 2 weeks ago after I fell and suspected I broke my foot. I walked into Urgent Care at 7:30pm. They close at 7:45pm. From the minute I walked in, the guy at the front desk, the nurse and Dr. Sprigman were all ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. They didn't rush me out, even though it was closing time. They were all very respectful, Informative and caring. A++++++
Went there for a deep laceration that needed stitches with two follow-ups. They were fast, friendly and did a great job. Excellent staff and have zero complaints. Hopefully I never have to go there again, but if I do, I know it'll be a great experience.
