Today was my last visit because my husband changed jobs and we have a different insurance company. I had a new crown that fell out that Dr Bydalek had put in . Meanwhile , he knew I was leaving his practice but he still did the right thing and fixed it free of charge. Stand-up guy . I'll miss the kindness of the staff and cleanliness of the facilty.
