This HVAC team is one of the best. Honest, Straight forward. Diagnosis the problem before giving you a solution. Provided us with options to get our system up and running vs. 3 other companies that automatically went into selling us new units and lines instead of pressure testing our 3 mini splits first. So happy we went with them to fix our unit.

My HVAC stopped working last night in the coldest of weather. I found Safeguard Mechanical's number on Facebook the next morning and called Allan at 8am. He instantly picked up, and said he'd be over to fix the problem. He came at 10:30am, new exactly what was wrong (The motor failed even after only 1 1/2 years), and talked me through what the process would be to fix it, as he needed to get a new motor. Santos came back that day at 3:30pm with the new motor, installed it instantly and talked me through a bunch of great HVAC points, tips, and things to keep in mind. A heater in my house all of a sudden stopped working and I didn't know who to contact. My family recommended to me Alan's and Santos' services. They reached out to me right away and everything was completed within 2 days (evaluation, quote and installation of a new heater). They are very informative, punctual, detailed, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and have a high work ethic. Also, I have no doubts that they gave me the best possible price. After they finished a very long process of installation , they still took their time to explain everything in detail to me. I would very highly recommend their services to anyone. I am very impressed and I wish there were more companies like this around. Thank you Alan, Santos and Enrique for all your help. You deserve 10 stairs!
