After 23 years, I decided to have my diamond reset. At the suggestion of some friends, I went to Harmon Meadow Jewelry Exchange and AM THRILLED! My ring looks like it grew another carat 😳. Rich patiently worked with me until I got the perfect updated look that was in line with my taste. His prices are very fair, so fair that I ended up buying another wedding band that works perfectly with the new look of my ring. I switched from yellow gold to white gold and can’t imagine that I didn’t do this sooner. He can customize anything and is easy to work with. Did I mention I AM OVER THE MOON THRILLED with the new setting and Rich definitely guided me in the right direction. This is a zero pressure store which just made me want to buy more.
