Before I went, I read all of these negative reviews about rude behavior from staff. I was a bit apprehensive, but wanted to be able to walk to get my laundry done.I had been up all night so I could watch the sunrise, so I walked in there acting like someone who had never even seen a laundromat, and what I experienced was nothing but friendliness and helpfulness.Not to mention, you can walk to a CVS.So about the negative reviews, I'm not sure. Perhaps they match energies with you. Maybe they've listened to your constructive criticism. Maybe they're only nice to people with side ponytails. Give that one a shot.

I called last minute to use their services and they came through with the much needed help! Left our clothes clean and smelling great. I wish I got her name she was amazing. I am so appreciative for her helping us out last minute. Great place, great staff, very reasonable rates for their services. Definitely earned a new ongoing customer.

I had a good experience in that place just recently. Very clean, large selection of washers and dryers, good prices, nice and friendly stuff. Would always go there instead of Soda Sudz, where one can't find any attendants and people steal your clothes.
