Almost everyone who has walked through our door has commented on the floors and how amazing they are. Adam was directly involved with our install and was available to answer any questions we had. We installed white oak - live sawn floors however, because we are in a flood zone, the stairs leading up to the main living level needed to be eucalyptus due to code requirements. Adam and his team made sure that the difference between two wood species would be undetectable where they met. As this was a new build and we weren't living here during the install, our house was treated like a home and not a construction site. Everyone was neat, clean and very professional. “So I had Anthony Come by and understand the process and what to expect from their cleaning and restoration service. I’ve had friends use other services like Grout Medic and were not happy with the results.

Anthony was very knowledgeable, in fact, he told me has 20 years experience as a tile contractor before providing his expertise to Sir Grout. I was able to have a real rapport with him and he explained the service and set expectations based on the levels of cleaning and then restoration. He said it would look very good with a color seal and I can’t believe they delivered. I should have done this years ago!

Then the day of the service Harry and Jason came to provide the magic to all 3 of my bathrooms. They were here early, went over full expectations again and he also has a long history of working with stone and tile which also gave me a great feeling that he would make it better than my expectations. Make no mistake there was no magic but hard methodical work that really gave me bathrooms that really impressive and at 20 years old look as brand new as I remember.

Thank you Anthony, Harry, and Jason for the work and the service provided. I really feel I got more than what I paid for it and recommend anyone looking to refresh the bath or tile’s anywhere have these guys in and see what they can do to give you back a really great bathroom without the cost of a full rip out nor the weeks of hassle!

I Will use you again but based on your restoration service it will be a while before it’s needed!
