DON'T USE THIS SERVICE, not professional or reliable. Forces to mark a star just to post. Otherwise ZERO is star. Anytime a person lies, it's reflective of the type of service you will get. This company is NOT TRUSTWORTHY. We waited over an 1:16 min, and NEVER received a call to cancel the appointment.We called at 1:38PM today to schedule an appointment at our property. Schmiede Tree service. Martin Schmiede answered the call and stated that he would be at our home in 20-30 minutes. We waited, and at 3:20PM, We placed a call to him, upon asking if he was coming, he said that we were too far for him to travel to our property. He's coming from Fanwood, which... read full review

Schmiede Tree Service provided a very prompt response to a quote request, as well as a very competitively priced estimate. I was very impressed with the expert pruning of our large oak tree which was accomplished by hand up to the ~100 foot top of the tree (bucket could not access the tree). The yard was fully cleaned at the conclusion of the pruning, which was not the case when I used a different tree service in the past. I definitely recommend Schmiede! M. Hirtler Westfield, NJ
