Home Improvement by Tony just finished a renovation project in our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, Tony and his team were professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and highly skilled in their work. From our initial meetings, we knew we had chosen the right contractor. Tony and the architect had a “We Can Do It” attitude and wanted to deliver a finished product that we would be happy with. During the renovation, we encountered some major setbacks including zoning issues, unforeseen structural issues, and even bird damage! Every time we hit a roadblock, Tony jumped into action and dealt with the problem saying “Don’t you worry about anything. We’re going to make it right.” During the project, his team took every necessary step to protect our home, our belongings, and make sure we weren’t living in a disaster area. They always put up the proper dust barriers, moved furniture, and cleaned up at the end of each day’s work. One day, I even noticed that his workers had moved several of our small collectibles, gathered them together on a shelf, and protected them with plastic wrap before starting their work. I was blown away by their level of care for our belongings. We never felt like our home was a wreck, and we never feared for damage to any of our things. Clearly, they have a great deal of respect and care for their customers. Lastly, I have to mention their pride in workmanship. On several occasions, Tony stressed that they weren’t going to do anything that we might not be happy with, or that they would be unhappy with. In fact, after a day of tile and painting, I saw one of his workers taking pictures of the results. He was so proud of the work he did that day, he wanted to take pictures for himself. Without a doubt, they take a great deal of pride in their work and want to deliver the best quality to every customer. If you’re looking for a recommendation, look no further. Throughout the twists and turns of our project, we were constantly delighted with Home Improvement by Tony’s “Make It Right” attitude, respect for our home/belongings, and pride of workmanship. We are thrilled with the final product and can’t wait to enjoy our new space for years to come.
