Hurricane Ida flooded our basement and killed our hot water heater. I didn't expect to get anyone out to replace it right away, but I was amazed when I called Hoffman and an employee showed up a couple of hours later. Then I was even more amazed and impressed when they brought the new heater the next day—and installed it at about 1am after what I'm sure was a very busy and long day of flood-related plumbing work. Hoffman plumbing stands by their work! They had installed a water heater for me in 2018, and an odd malfunction caused a leak. They came in less than 24 hours and made the repair at no cost. A very profesional business--highly recommended!

Rich is an experienced and honest professional. He came same day to fix what we thought was a leaking toilet. Issue ended up not being related to the plumbing and Rich was upfront and did not try to overcharge and take advantage of us. Will be using him again in the future.
