Green Steam Carpet Cleaning

Contacted the business for an emergency carpet cleaning. Appointment was set for the next day between 3:00 and 5:00. I contacted the company at 4:00 to see if I could get an ETA. After the rep was silently typing for 3 minutes, he reported that the tech was having "problems" with the machine and was planning to call the customers to reschedule. The rep claimed that the machine broke 20 minutes ago. No use rescheduling as time was of the essence.

A Plus company! Mark responded to my request quickly and even modified his schedule to accommodate ours. His customer service and work ethic is as good as his carpet cleaning was! Would highly recommend him and his company.

I called to get an estimate and Mark asked if he could come by and see the job before providing an estimate. He was very honest and fair. He came the next day at my convenience and did a very good job cleaning the rooms we needed. He was very hard-working and so was his high school age son who assisted him. They even did a little extra for us. We're happy we used the for our carpet cleaning.
