Shout out and many thanks to Dion’s Plumbing in Scotch Plains. We noticed a leak from a steam water pipe leading to our furnace. We had to drain the water from the furnace and I expected a cold night without heat. Called Dion’s Plumbing just before noon and a live person answered. Explained the problem, Dion arrived within the hour and fixed the leak without removing the pipe. He’s been my plumber for years - reasonable and always responsive. My heat is back on!! Yay!! Dion's Plumbing responded to our call about our waste drain leaking into the basement immediately! He came out to inspect within a few hours and had our entire waste drain replaced the next day. They were knowledgeable, neat, courteous, thorough and very reasonable. We had estimates for a partial waste drain replacement that were 5-10 times as high from larger chain companies. In the past Dion has also advised us on smaller jobs, showing us how to fix it ourself with a quick cheap trip to Home Depot. He is honest and highly recommended.
