Wow. Excellent. Jim personally got on the phone to listen to our concerns. Made a free-of-charge visit the same day. Eased all our fears and concerns, walked around and answered all our other 1000 question, took extra time to make sure we understood. Was upfront and honest, told us we didn't need his services, etc. He wouldn't even let us tip him for his time!!!
