The storefront is very nice and Bob was so helpful showing all of the different samples to me and helping me pick a material that would be durable with my dog. Carlos knew exactly how to do my stairs which were more difficult because it turns and also my upstairs hallway which has a lot of turns. Another carpet installer I spoke to said that there was no way I could do a patterned rug because of the turns but it was not an issue at all with S K Hamrah. They walked us through every step of the process, helped us put our belongings in boxes, and shuffled things around in the apartment while we dealt with our insurance.Whenever we had a concern, Felix was always there either onsite or on the phone.
