Ray was amazing! He originally came out to fix my washer. He noticed a problem with the dryer as well and now they both run brand new! YDH did not disappoint! I would recommend this company to everyone.
Ray runs a small operation and appreciates the business he gets. That is apparent by the way he treats people. My experience with YDH was with replacing a drum in a dryer. Ray came over, popped the front off, found a split in the seem, and showed it to me. He suggested searching ebay but first checking with the manufacturer because the drums are usually under a 10-year warranty. He charged me a nominal fee and said that he would see if he had something lying around that would fit. However, he did not. My washer was working intermittently. Ray was able to diagnose and fix my washer. He also noticed that the drain pipe which was installed over 40 years ago, had a weak spot. He was able to replace it with PVC. He was professional and courteous. I now have his number on speed dial!
