Had installation done for both a furnace and air conditioning system. Pete promptly diagnosed the problem and worked up an agreement. He was polite, professional and most considerate guiding me through the system. He showed me how to navigate the digital thermostat and took care of all the warranty, equipment registrations and rebate forms. Worked neatly and carefully, and completed the job in the same day!
