Dominick returned the call and showed up to give me a price. He was very reasonable and easy to work with.I was later contacted by someone from his office and she sent over a formal proposal. I agreed to the price and we scheduled a date. Kat was very professional and easy to work with.The team showed up on the date scheduled. They completed the work in a single day and reworked all of the plumbing to be neat and out of the way. Dominick even identified another issue that was causing an odor issue in our laundry room (no p-trap behind washer).The work area is clean, the plumbing work is professional and Dominick was excellent to work with. I will use them on the rest of the plumbing work required to finish this basement project.“

“After being away from home for 1 week, my wife and I returned home on Saturday, 8/24/24 only to find that our air conditioning system was not working. I immediately called Reiner Group Inc and received a call back from the on-call serviceman, Ken, who arrived at my house within 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem. My a/c compressor needed to be replaced and he also recommended that the air handler be replaced because of its age. He said he would refer the problem to Rich Sellitto, HVAC Engineer. Rich emailed me early Monday morning and presented me with several options. I called him and spoke with him at length about the options and we agreed verbally what I should do. He sent me a revised contract which I carefully reviewed and signed.
On Tuesday, Rich came to my house early in the morning and sketched out a plan for the installation of the new air handler in the attic. We reviewed everything that was going to be done. He answered all of my questions. He took the signed contract back to the office to expedite the process. He arranged for Ivan, the Installation Supervisor, to come to my house on Wednesday to see what materials would be needed. He arranged for the installation of the new a/c system to be done on Thursday, 8/29/24. Five days from beginning to end! This would never have happened without the expertise of Rich Sellitto! “5 Stars All The Way ! Was highly recommended by a good friend and they exceeded my expectations! Water started coming out of my dishwasher onto my wooden kitchen floors . Being that the dishwasher is over 20 years old , I thought the problem was just the problem . The water just kept pouring out of the dishwasher . Let me tell you something I called Hodges and spoke to a lovely lady named Claudia who was so pleasant and professional and promised me a call back within the hour . She was a woman to her word called back actually in about 15 minutes and told me that a plumber named Tom would be there in 10 minutes !!! Ten minutes!
